Our hotel is located in the heart of the Western part of Berlin in a beautiful pre-war building in a quiet side street, just a 10-minute walk from Kurfürstendamm, the main street of the Western city centre. For more details about our location, click here.
You will find nice little shops and stores and a selection of international restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Moreover, there are many of Berlin’s famous landmarks and sights to be discovered just around the corner, such as the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and the Berlin Zoo.

Our hotel has 22 rooms, including single, double, and family rooms, all with WiFi access. They are all decorated in a practical, cozy way, some have a balcony. Choose between an ensuite bath/shower or a more affordable room with shared facilities.

Visiting Berlin
By Car?
No problem! There are parking spots close to the hotel. Additionally, you’ll receive a parking slip at the reception for just €5.00 per day (Saturdays €2.50, Sundays for free).

Directions & Arriving at Hotel Gasteiner Hof
By car:
Use the freeway exit ramp Konstanzer Straße on the City Freeway (A100). Turn right onto Berliner Straße.
Immediately after the subway station Blissestraße make a left onto Uhlandstraße, at the next intersection turn right and after about 20 metres you’re in front of our hotel.
By train:
From Central Railway Station (Hauptbahnhof) take either S-Bahn S5, S9, or S75 going to Rathaus Spandau and get off the train at S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg.
There, go to the subway station Wilmersdorfer Straße and take the U7 going to Rudow. After four stops, get off at Blissestraße and walk along Fechnerstraße for about 50 metres. The first intersection is with Gasteiner Straße, which is where you will find our hotel.
From Zoo Railway Station:
Bus 249 directly to Blissestraße.
From Tegel Airport (TXL):
Bus 109 oder X9 tobis Jakob-Kaiser-Platz, change to the U7 towards Rudow and ride to Blissestraße.
From Schönefeld Airport (SXF):
Bus 171 to Rudow, change to the U7 towards Rathaus Spandau and ride to Blissestraße.
Distances to the hotel:
- Central Railway Station Hauptbahnhof: 5 km
- Berlin Exhibition Grounds: 15 minutes with public transport
- Kurfürstendamm: 1,9 km
- Subway station Blissestraße: 1-2 minutes by foot
